Here is how you can do Kegel exercises! Sit or lie down on a flat and even surface. Make sure your bladder is empty. Tighten your pelvic floor muscles and count to 3 or 5. Now, relax your muscles and again count to 3 or 5. You can repeat this exercise 10 times thrice daily; morning, afternoon and night. While doing this exercise do not tighten your chest
