25 year old male. I found a painfull blister/pimple like structure near anus. Is it something related to hemorrhoids? Previously had some painless thick bump near anus which comes and goes.

Look like a pustule with few pores confluent probably because of external hemorroids and friction when evaluation happens. This can easily, if not taken care with hygiene measures and diet, develop into an ulcer in the perineal area
