well done .Just bifid uvula not tonsillitis. It doesn't have even erythema.

About the tongue is this oral candidiasis or just reflection of the the light cuz the photo is not clear

İt can be fungal. Itrakonazol is a good choice. However there is a possibility of HIV(+)

No! some help. Bifid uvula is seen in Digorge syndrome. You know the others, try it.😊
