Congestive Heart Disease

In congestive heart there are mainly 3 types : 1- LSHF 2- RSHF 3- MIXED HEART FAILURE the most common is left sided heart failure where the left side of the heart can not pump the blood to the body, and due to raising intraventricular pressure preventing the mitral valve opening, decreasing the drainage of blood from the lungs to the left ventricle, ends in lung congestion and pulmonary hypertension which prevent the right ventricle from pumping the blood to the lungs, and regurgitation and accumulation of venous return causing the manifestations of right sided heart failure, thanks for reading.
