What can cause orgasm problems in men?
Sometimes men ejaculate quite slowly or don’t ejaculate at all. Other times men are unable to reach climax with a partner or achieve it too early without a lengthy sexual contact. They may be able to achieve it by masturbation or oral sex but not by other means. This is called Male Orgasmic Disorder. The causes of this disorder include; • Impotence or Erectile Dysfunction • Retrograde ejaculation or dry ejaculation – instead of producing semen from penis it moves back into the bladder producing small amount of semen only or sometimes none at all • Premature ejaculation – ejaculating too quickly • Delayed ejaculation – ejaculating too slowly or not at all • Anejaculation – orgasm without ejaculating
