Lymphangioma circumscriptum is a congenital anomaly of lymphatics. It is characterized by blockage of lymphatics which results in formation of small pockets holding the lymph. The lesions are mostly found on trunk, axilla, and around oral cavity. These lesions resemble warts. The condition is typically benign. Dermabrasion and laser therapy are options for removal of lymphangioma circumscriptum.
