Hello everyone. I am about to start my junior year of high school and wanted to know what study techniques are the best. Planner, phone reminders, notes, flash cards etc. Thanks :)

I can't speak for high school as I barely studied for anything (I was one lazy teenager) but I can speak for medical school and the truth is there is no meta way of studying. The best method can vary for different subjects eg. Anatomy where there is not very much that needs to be understood but rather just imprinted in your brain to use for upcoming references. For that I would use flashcards, for histology I would use drawings etc. When it comes to subjects that require understanding ( physiology, pathology, for example) I use notes combined with flashcards. But everyone is not the same and so you simply have to try things out and see what works for you :)

i think notes is the best choice, you can make it in special books and you can read everytime you need or you want try to remember that...my opinion😊
