By pus you mean pus coming out of an infected area of his face? Did he have an injury on the site? Does he have acne problems? When did it start? How old is your friend? Does he have chronic disease? Really He ls little infect area on the face and he dont have injury on the site and he has little acne and it’s start for 4month and he is old 36 years and he dont have chronic disease but he goes to doctor and doctor tell his he don’t fat in the face
