A 7 year old boy presented to emergency with history of fall from a tree. On examination, it is observed there is swelling just above the right elbow which he cannot move. An unusually large bony prominence can be felt on the posterior aspect of the joint. (A). Which nerves and vessels are most likely to be involved in an injury at this level? (B). Give the origin and branches of the MAIN ARTERY likely to be involved.
