What’s the difference between interventional cardiologists and endovascular surgeons ?

1)Endovascular surgeons can also open a patients up and operate on them other than using only minimally invasive techniques, Interventional radiologists can't 2)Interventional cardiologists only treat the heart and coronary arteries, while endovascular surgeons deal with the rest of the vasculature (except the brain's vasculature)
