Body packing! It's time for a bizarre foreign body case! "Body packing" refers to the "art" of internally concealing drugs within the gastrointestinal tract. They do this by either swallowing and/or inserting the drugs rectally, one at a time. This particular patient was arrested at an international airport for suspected drug smuggling. An X-ray was completed and confirmed the law enforcement's suspicion via a positive "Tic-Tac Sign." The patient evacuated a total of 84 intact packets of cocaine over the next 3 days!
