An excess of anything can be bad for your health. Sugar in moderation is fine.

Sugar is not a healthy choice in diet. Skipping sugar is good! Sugar has beocme a common ingredient in our lifestyle where it is a part of several drinks and foods. Long-term use of sugar leads to cardiovascular disorders and stroke.
