What happens to flexibility when we age?

As we age; • Joints lose synovial fluid and become stiff and weak. • Ligaments that attach muscle to bone become weak. • Muscles lose elasticity, mass and strength. • Bones become porous. All these lead of loss of flexibility with loss of musculoskeletal functions.
