Bird-like head is when the head is very small in comparison to the rest of the body, prader willi is one of 2 syndromes related to chromosome 15 deletion, inherited from fathers, whereas angelman syndrome from mother, the cause of obesity in these people is not because they like to eat, but it is called "hypothalamic obesity" because the satiety center in the ventromedial hypothalamic nuclei is not enough to Supress the feeding center in the lateral hypothalamic nuclei, because the feeding center is stimulated continuously by GHRELIN which overcome the inhibitory effect of satiety center, also they suffer from growth stunting due to inhibition on adenohypophysis, thank you for sharing this case, thank you for reading,keep the knowledge cycle move.
