Anyone with a bump on head can feel dizzy and uncomfortable with a headache. Apply cold compress on the bump and let the person rest. A bump on head is harmless unless a person presents with vomiting, headache, dizziness, breathing problems, convulsions and visual disturbances right after the bump. This needs medical attention at once.
