Cystic bumps after IV cannula

I was hospitalized 2 weeks back and had IVs at multiple sites. Every site and prick site has these sort of itchy bumps and they look very ugly as they’re on my hands and wrist too. It started after 3 days of discharge. Never happened before. Any idea what this is?
