Bilateral itchy rash on the dorsum of the foot

This is a case of a young male residing in a humid county. Recently, he has got some bumps over the exposed parts of his body, especially over the extensor surfaces of hand and dorsum of foot, it was insidious in origin, associated with pruritus, the lesions are now excoriated.
