Laryngeal cancer is abnormal proliferation of laryngeal cells. Initially, it presents with pain in throat and ear. Hoarseness of voice, excessive coughing and coughing with blood, neck pain, dysphagia, breathing difficulty and lump in neck are noticeable complains. Smoking, tobacco chewing and exposure to asbestos are prime risk factors for laryngeal cancer.
