What is your diagnosis???

These lesions developed over 1 to 2 years. What is the diagnosis? a) Melanocytic nevi b) Seborrheic keratoses c) Pemphigus erythematosus d) Bowenoid papulosis e) Guttate psoriasis source: nejm.org

Most of the ones with texture and seborrheic keratoses. Some of the smooth lesions are a mix of melanocytic nevi and solar lentigenes. Sebs often come about with age and friction. There are a few ways of treatment, the most popular being liquid nitrogen, but since these are benign lesions the treatment would be for cosmetic purposes.
