Cholesterol is an organic lipid compound synthesized by body and obtained from animals. Since it is insoluble therefore it deposits in the blood vessels. Taking care of cholesterol and blood pressure are very important. The complications may are usually irreversible. Cholesterol leads to atherosclerosis which welcomes number of complications including; • Angina • Heart attack • Stroke • High blood pressure • Chronic kidney disease • Peripheral vascular disease Once these complications develop it is very difficult to reverse them. You can control the condition and live a healthy life but eliminating them completely is difficult.
