Crohn's Disease is a chronic granulomatous ulcero-constrictive disease mainly involving the terminal ileum of small intestines. It presents with aphthous ulcers, thick bowel wall and narrow lumen, fissures and fistual sinus, creeping fat, skip lesions and cobblestone appearance.
