Motorcycle accident

Motorcycle accident

Patient, 21 years old, presented to the emergency room after a motorcycle accident. He presented superficial skin injuries in the left knee area, at the right hand and in the in the upper left hip area. The cervical spine was intact. Glasgow Coma Score was 14. The CT-scan of the head, thorax, abdomen and pelvis didn't present any pathological modifications. The CBC was normal, except the oxygen and oxygen saturation in blood (decreased) and carbon monoxide in blood (increased), caused maybe by hyperventilation and psychological shock.
