Blood bath in the OR
This photo was taken in Alexandria university hospital, Egypt while the surgeon was trying to stop the bleeding caused by a stab wound to the heart. he wasn't wearing face shield because it was an emergency operation forcing him to take the call and operate as fast as they can.
