A case of a 37 year old female presented with history of swelling over the left cheek which was rapidly increasing in size and difficulty in opening her mouth for 3 months. On examination there was a 6 x 8 cm swelling over the left cheek which was fluctuant. The swelling later ruptured to form an ulcer as shown on the photo. There was a 3 x 3 cm ulcer in the left buccal mucosa. CT of the neck was done which showed the primary tumor involving left buccal mucosa and skin with ipsilateral involvement of level 1b and 2 lymph node levels.
