Off-Pump LIMA to LAD Coronary Artery Bypass Through Left Anterior Minithoracotomy

The following video shows a left minithoracotomy MIDCAB procedure with an arterial LIMA to LAD coronary bypass. Apart from the LIMA harvesting retractor, the procedure can be done with the usual instruments and on direct vision. The postoperative follow-up was uneventful and the patient was discharged on POD 6.
