Hi all, female patient 37 years old married presents to you with discoloration of nails (brown)nd joint pain in wrist, elbow, nd knee joints bilateral but severe pain is in only in left leg which also involves muscles, eye lashes are also falling 2,3 every day.,left leg veims are also some what dilated but not significant.. No other significant history nd associated symptoms... What can be the diagnosis??? Nd where i should refer this patient for medical specialist or surgery??
