This patient presented with discoloration of his palms and soles. He reported a normal diet and had normal serum creatinine, thyroxine, and bilirubin concentrations. What is the diagnosis? 1. Diabetes mellitus 2. Vitamin B12 deficiency 3. Amiodarone exposure 4. Hyperlipidemia type III 5. Syphilis
1. Diabetes Mellitus. I don’t think it is Amiodarone Exposure because of the normal Thyroxine levels.
Can't see very well.. maybe hyperlipidemia type 3, it can cause palmar xantomas.
