Gangrene, maybe due to DM macrovascular complication or any vascular diseases, only way to manage this condition is amputation.

I would say frostbite, amputation is the only treatment that I'm aware of

Yeah, I thought of Gangrene but maybe Frostbite is also a diagnosis to consider.
