Pharmacological components in the management of Upper GI Hemorrhage - Fluid resuscitation, also called fluid replacement - Terlipressin i.e. emergency care until endoscopy - Antibiotics for prophylaxis - PPI IV post-endoscopy i.e. continuous infusion of high-dose bolus for 72 hours
