Nipple retraction and dimpling ,, ddx : breast cancer , mamary ductectasia, fat necrosis , chronic breast abscess, ,,,,, send for mamography or ultrasonography.

It is Nipple retraction and in my opinion breast cancer will be R/o

need to compare with right breast

Retracted nipple-occurs if nipple fails to develop from ectodermal pit.suckling of infant can't take place and nipple is prone to infection
