A multi vitamin is probably recommended but not the. same as food sourced vitamins
This wouldn't be very healthy, even whilst people are trying to lose weight they still need sugars, to essentially starve their bodies of sugars and nutrients wouldn't do them much good.
I know what else will help for 99% of the population.. 1) Eat less, especially carbs and sugar. 2) move more! And the FDA needs to limit the amount of sugars food products can contain. Sugar causes heart disease, high blood pressure, some cancers, insulin resistance and more. People need to realize it wont be easy amd stop making excuses.
Is there a way to remove the coating preventing nutrients from being absorbed after the patient has lost the excess weight? Your body still needs nutrients to function so I don't really know how to feel about this
