Perforated Appendix

Perforated Appendix. 28 y.o male came with vague pain in periumbilical regio and mostly in epigastrium region, was diagnosed with dyspepsia syndrome, but 6 hours after that a sharp pain in LRQ start appearing. On clinical examination, RLQ was pain on palpation and also positive on Blumberg's test. Cough sign also positive. With raised WBC, the Alvarado's score was 9/10. Appendicitis acute diagnosed and urgency appendectomy executed.
