Initial Approach on Finding Unconscious Individual Criteria: SSS S – Safety: Ensure whether it is safe to approach or not S – Shake: Inquire from the person whether he is alright or not. Gently rub or shake the arm S – Shout: If the person responds, assess them from ABCDE perspective, if the person does not respond, shout for help
