Check ABC’s?

Check ABC's and see if there are any witnesses that might know what happened. If not go through AEIOU-TIPS

1. Request someone to call an ambulance meanwhile you give first response. Clean, clear and manage the airway. Tilt the head and lift the chin. Now check carotid pulse. Look, listen and feel for 10 seconds. 2. Use jaw thrust to open the airway in case of suspecting cervical spine injury. Ask someone to apply MILS. 3. In case of no sign of life, start CPR. The ratio is 30 compressions to 2 ventilations.
