A 7 years old girl Alleged RTA Admit Emergency room under Neurosurgeon... And complain H/O Local vomiting, Nasal bleed present, ?convulsions and Examination.. unconscious, GCS E2V2M2, pupils BERL, Lt side chest crepitation present, Lt side chest and neck surgical Emphysema noted, P 190/min,RR 60/min,Spo286%With o2, Abrassions over forehead present.....A CT head performed what is that most likely diagnosis

Subdural haemorrhage, cresent like hypodense lesion seen at the left side of cerebrum.

Lt sied SDH peri tempral regan.and ethmoed fracture. Survive chance are very poor
