age 40 yrs.. female patnt..unaware of swellng from last 2 mnths.. no pain and no sensation..

it is present on palate and second molar area and this tooth is also mobile

i thnk it is mucoepidermoid carcinoma... bcz duration is only 2 mnths.. ulceration.. nd there is no sensation at that area

It might be tertiary syphilis judging by the aspect and the fact it doesn't hurt.

Mucocoele is painless but mostly present in the lower lip,epulis is painfull present in b/w teeth on gums.......this cant be either.😌.

i think it is either syphilitic lesion or a premalignant lesion which will progress to mucoepidermoid carcinoma..
