Why Varicoceles are much more common in the left testicle than in the right ?
Anatomical reasons, because the keft side of a man body has greater blood flow , i mean the crossing of left testicular vein and left renal vein is much greater than right side, so it may cause varicocele much more , i think so 🤔
Becuase of some embryonic reason I mean at the end of pregnancy when the testises want to descend into scrotom the left side is bigger than the right & it has more weight so it is more difficult for the left side to descend through the inguinal canal & make the left inguinal canal wider so the left side be more susceptible for varicocele
