Statin are used to reduce cholesterol level and fibrates or epanova use to hyper triglyceride or statin also used.

Fibrates is firstly recommended. Niacin, omega-3 fatty acid , drugs class from statin with conjunction, statin used in moderate hypetTG when reduction in cardiovascular risk is required.
