Corpus luteum cyst

The pt is a 33 years old female who came with cc of hypogastric pain and moderate tenderness, she also has bloating, she gives a history of previous PID 5 months ago . Her pregnancy test was positive. In Abd-pelvic sonography left ovarian corpus luteum cyst was seen that had been filled with fluid.
