A 28 year old teacher presented to the OPD with complain of hoarseness of voice for the last 2 months. On direct laryngoscopy, bilateral greyish white lesion were found at the junction of anterior one-third and posterior two-third of vocal cords. Other examinations were unremarkable. Vocal cords modules also called Singer's nodes.
