A Simple Approach to Congestive Cardiac Failure

The given image provides a highly simplified algorithm in planning the basic management of congestive cardiac failure. This comes in very handy especially in the pediatric population. Warm vs cold is an indication of peripheral perfusion status while wet vs dry show the presence of pulmonary congestion.
