A 35 yrs old make admitted with c/o pain over nail beds d bluish discolouration of nail beds of upper limbs from 10 days ,, joint pains from 3 days redness of eyes from 3 days low grade fever on d off at evening time not a known case of hypertension diabetic ,but at the time of admission his Bp 200/110.on examination bluish discolouration of nailbeds ,conjuctivitis,, wat r d possible diagnosis??
