Koplik's spots

Koplik's spots (also Koplik's sign) are a classic sign of measles that occur two to three days before the measles rash itself appears. The characteristic features of these spots are that they are clustered, white lesions on the buccal mucosa. The other diagnostic signs of measles include 3 C:Cough, coryza and conjunctivitis.
