This picture shows the saggital CT of an elderly man with severe perineum/scrotal pain. Foley catheter alongwith air in the perineum can be seen. The patient was diagnosed with Fournier Gangrene. Fournier gangrene is an acute necrotic infection of the external genitalia.It most commonly affects older men, but is also seen in women and children.
