What is a Terminal Ventricle? Is it involved in CSF production? What opens into a terminal ventricle?

Nope. Terminal ventricle is at the terminal end of central canal hence central canal leads to terminal ventricle. Foramen megendie and lushka open into the subarachnoid space from the 4th ventricle.
