Orthognathic surgery also known as corrective jaw surgery is a surgery which aims to restore the function and aesthetics of severe dentofacial deformity. It basically corrects the irregularities of the jaw bones and realigns the jaws and teeth to improve their working and improve the facial appearance. Great work done by the surgeon Btw was it congenital deformity ? Or some other cause?
