Some channels can help me for studying anatomy please ?π
My uni suggested me to use many webpages to study. I can suggest you some that i think are useful, but studying from the books is the main way, these are only ways to improve or to study and remember easier: www.anatomylearning.com (here you can find a free and useful anatomy app to explore visually the human anatomy). anatomyzone (a channel on youtube where you will find videos talking about many anatomical subjects, useful to understand better and to recall better). I can also suggest you to have an anatomy atlas (Netter, prometheus ecc) and to use it togheter with the textbook to visualize better the organs, vessels and structures that you are currently studying. Also focus primarly on the anatomy done by structures and when you have finished then do it topographically (i have the books divided into that, so it is easier, but if you are using for example the Grey's then probably you have to do it a little bit by programming your study skipping parts that are complex and useful only in the end). I can also suggest to never skip the details about clinics and pathology that sometimes (and i think that this is the case of most of medical anatomy textbooks) are inserted through the anatomy itself: They are both useful to remember (because the details help you to visualize better what is important) and to have a starting platform to then study more effectively clinics and pathology. If i remember more useful websites (and i had a lot of them) i will send it to you The best suggestion that i can give you remains that you should study with interest and passion and that will make this enormous subject an enjoyable company, that you will remeber with fear and love at the same time. Good luck!
I am from Italy, second year. We do anatomy all togheter at the first year.
