Diagnosis please

The patient has been taking eecp treatment for coronary artery blockage. Taking medications for angina, blood thinners etc. sudden appearence of these rashes with itching. Antihistamines and corticosteroids were taken which didn’t relieve the symptoms. Any guess what the diagnosis can be?
