Glossitis. Study of aetiology and treat accordingly. Need more history of present illness, past medical history related to immuno-status whether is in immuno compromise or under effect of immuno suppressor? Clinical data especially vital signs. Open investigation. Test for Vitamin B12 if decreased, full blood count, CRP. Treatment, give analgesic, vitamin B complex, possible for antibiotic. Thanks.

Yes, he is in multiple drug regimen... He is an epileptic patient for past 40years and is taking Carbamazipine Valproic acid and Phenobarbital. He suffered from acute ischemic stroke 1 and half year back and is hemiplegic since then. He is also in low dose aspirin and is consuming AMLODIPINE. Thats all! Thank you.
