What could be the possible diagnosis?
History of severe irritation and severe pain when having this kind of issue. Don't had any issues with throat when getting infected. Automatically subsided within a week. On observation, this kind of issue is facing when having severe stress and dehydration. What could be the possible diagnosis, and treatment.

Maybe is associated with a sistemik condition like autoimune disease or diabet,or a neuropsikologic condition like extremly anxiety?
